At Allure Hair & Beauty, we strive to provide the best service to each of our clients. We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected situations your way. However, to ensure all clients receive the attention they deserve, the following policies are in place:
Cancellations / Reschedules
We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: A cancellation fee of 50% off the service fee will apply.
- Reschedules within 24 hours: A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to your next appointment.
No Shows
If you fail to show up for your confirmed appointment, 50% off the service fee will be charged to your account on the day of cancellation.
Late Arrivals
We make every effort to keep all appointments on time to respect the schedules of all clients. If you are running late:
Late arrival (more than 15 minutes): Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and 50% off the service fee may apply if a reschedule is necessary.
